The Unfair Death?

In chapter 9 of Lord of The Flies, one of the main characters dies. This would be Simon. Simon had the most odd experience and had discovered the beast. Simon was the key to getting rid of the beast. Yet, in the dark and within the savagery of the boys, Simon was murdered in cold blood. I feel as of Simon was unfairly murdered. The key to the beast was murdered being thought of as the beast.
